The rental rates for The Green House vary depending on the season and are based on 8 persons staying.
Rates start from £500 per week to £900 per week.

Booking terms and conditions:
- Bookings are confirmed with a 10% payment. The remaining 90% is due 14 days before arrival.
- The house is no smoking and pets are not allowed.
- A deposit of £200 should be sent with the final payment and will be refunded the week after your stay when the house has been cleaned and checked.
- The house should be left in the same state in which you found it.
- Cleaning and use of linen / towels is included for 6 persons within the rental rate. Additional guests will be liable for a small surcharge.
- A welcome pack (milk, bread, tea etc.)may be provided at an small cost per person should you wish to order it.
